Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note that these terms and conditions apply to any type of accommodation reservation made with Del Sol apartments through any means, including, telephone, in-person sales, etc. CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATION AND PRICE When the Client makes a reservation, it must be taken into account that it is compulsory to have at least one person over 18 years of age by reservation. At the time of booking it is necessary for the Client to inform Del Sol Apartments of the number of guests that will be staying as this circumstance will determine the type and rate of the apartment. The Client must take into account that children older than 2 years old are subject to the same rate as an adult. When the Client makes a reservation through the Website, the rates indicated in the search results are the application fees. All rates are for complete apartments. In the event that once the reservation is formalized, an additional adult is requested at the time of booking, Del Sol Apartamentos may place at the disposal of the same, whenever possible, an extra bed in the booked apartment at an additional cost of 20 euros per person and day. The price indicated before the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the payment of the reservation, that is, before the Client is bound by any contract or payment obligation, is final and complete and includes the price of all the products. selected and all applicable taxes. This deposit will be returned if the apartment is in perfect condition and there have been no incidents. RESERVE CONFIRMATION The contract entered into between the Client and Del Sol Apartamentos shall take effect at the time Del Sol Apartamentos provides written confirmation of the reservation to the Client by email. In case of promotional rates they do not admit changes and they are not reimbursable. If you wish to reduce the number of reserved nights, the Client may be subject to a cancellation fee, but we will always do our best to assist you. Number of guests The number of people per apartment can not exceed the maximum number of people included in the reservation, except in the case of children under 2 years old. Baby cots are available upon request at no additional cost. In the event that Del Sol Apartamentos detects that the number of guests exceeds the number of people included in the reservation, 15 euros / night will be charged for each additional guest. Pets Pets are not allowed except in those cases in which Del Sol Apartments expressly authorizes it. In these special cases the Client must contact by email with Del Sol Apartments to process this authorization, which must be approved in advance. In the event that the authorization to house pets is granted, the client will be charged an additional cost of 20 euros per reservation and per night. Cleaning The cleaning of the apartments is done only before the arrival of the Client. At the end of the stay the Client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Otherwise you will be charged the cost of an additional cleaning of 20 euros. Behavior High music and parties are totally forbidden. The hours of rest are from 10pm until 9am and must be respected. When booking an apartment the Client should know that, if any kind of scandal occurs or music is heard too loud and neighbors complain to Del Sol Apartments and / or call the police, this type of fact may result to an immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. For the neighbors or police call the emergency number Del Sol Apartments, Customer shall pay 150 €, acting as a guarantee card provided at the time of booking or the deposit paid at the time of booking. Furniture and cleaning The Client undertakes to keep the furniture and all the contents of the apartment in the same conditions in which it was found upon arrival. Del Sol Apartments will have the right to demand those customers who do not comply with the cleaning criteria, or who cause damage to furniture due to improper use, compensation for them (minimum € 50); acting as guarantee the credit card provided in the reservation or the amount paid as a deposit. We expect a correct and civic behavior on your part and all the people who accompany you. Del Sol Apartments may block the amount of the deposit on the Customer's card or, in the event that the Client does not have a credit card, the payment will be made in cash. In the event that the Customer fails to pay the required deposit, Del Sol Apartments reserves the right to refuse entry to the apartment Customer and / or guests This deposit will be returned upon departure if the apartment is in perfect state and there have been no incidents. Delivery of keys The Client must leave the keys at the reception of the apartments or in the mailbox that will be found on the ground floor (if they leave before 09:00). RESPONSABILIDAD DE DEL SOL APARTAMENTOS DEL SOL APARTAMENTOS no se hace responsable de ningún daño directo o indirecto que pueda producirse como consecuencia del mal uso que haya hecho el cliente del apartamento, incluyendo, sin límite de daños, pérdidas a causa de incendios, robos o comportamientos criminales. En caso de cualquier infracción, Del Sol Apartamentos, bajo criterio propio, tendrá el derecho de pedir al cliente que abandone el apartamento y, cobrará al cliente, por medio de su tarjeta bancaria o en metálico, la cantidad equivalente a los materiales rotos o deteriorados, condición que el cliente acepta aquí expresamente.
